The high starting point, high level and unique concept of the design make the building complex reflect the architectural level of the 21st
century, introduce modern design ideas and concepts, explore the transformation of commercial forms and business consciousness, and meet a variety of business requirements at all levels. It raises the business environment to an important position, emphasizes the unification of
environmental value and commercial value and increases the proportion of high-quality environmental business. It considers the feasibility of

  合理地布局是本设计的出发点，力求体现 21 世纪建筑的科学性和艺术性。通过空间景观的形态构成和建筑的布局，突显城市新区的形象，展示商业的现代气息，创造和谐、有序、舒适、优美的城市空间环境，充分发挥该地区的社会、经济和环境效益。创造城市又一个新亮点。

Reasonable layout is the starting point of this design, and strive to reflect the science and art of the 21st century architecture. Through the
morphological composition of the landscape space and architectural layout, the image of the new urban area is highlighted, the modern
atmosphere of commerce is displayed, a harmonious, orderly, comfortable and beautiful urban environment space is created, and the social,
economic and environmental benefits of the area are fully brought into play. Finally, it creates another new hotspot in the city.

  为了尽可能的解决和完善人们观赏、娱乐、休闲、商业、健康、交流之间的关系，从而达到 “人与自然和谐统一”这一永恒的主题，基于本地块地理位置及自然景观优势，认真考虑了“人-建筑- 健康-自然”这四元体之间的关系，充分让自然环境与人工环境相结合，创造一个布 局合理、配套齐全，环境优美的商业中心。

carefully considered, and the natural environment was fully integrated with the artificial environment to create a business center with a
reasonable layout, complete supporting facilities and beautiful environment.

  商业道路系统实现“人车分流”，内部布置合适的步行系统，增强了自然景观性，安全性的商 业氛围。

The commercial road system realizes the"diversion of people and vehicles", and the internal layout of an appropriate pedestrian system
enhances the business atmosphere of natural landscape and safety.

  立面设计采用新现代主义风格。一方面使人可以强烈地感受现代都市生活的气息，同时又摒弃了过于复杂的肌理和装饰，简化了线条，兼容华贵典雅与时尚现代。追求高贵、淳朴、简洁，以其优雅、唯美的姿态，平和而富有内涵的气韵。立面材质上，整体采用真石漆，基座采用石材。在细部采用比较简洁的设计， 采用现代的设计语汇，在经典建筑上增加现代时尚元素，增加城市活力。

The facade design adopts neo-moderniststyle. On one hand, it allows people to feel the breath of modern urban life, at the same time it
abandons overly complex textures and decorations, simplifies the lines, and is compatible with luxury, elegance and fashion. It pursues nobility, and simplicity with its elegant and beautiful posture, peaceful and connotative atmosphere. As for the material of the facade, the whole is made of painted real stone, and the base is made of stone too. In the details, it adopts a relatively concise design, and a modern design vocabulary, it adds modern fashion elements to classic buildings to increase the vitality of the city.

  线条和线脚的点缀与装饰，在近人尺度上增加了建筑的丰富性，窗套、琐石等细部的运用增加了立面的层次感和可看性。

The embellishment and decoration of line sand moldings increase the richness of the building on a near human scale. The use of window
sleeves, trivial stones and other details increases the sense of hierarchy and visibility of the facade.
